Ingredients for Orange & Chocolate Pudding:

  • Plain cake  1 pound

For Orange Sauce:

  • Plain juice  1 cup
  • Sugar  4 tbsp
  • Egg yolk  2
  • Corn flour  1 tbsp
  • Butter  1 tbsp
  • Orange color  few drops

For Chocolate Sauce:

  • Milk  1-1/2 cup
  • Coco powder  2 tbsp
  • Sugar  4 tbsp
  • Corn flour  1 tbsp
  • Butter  1 tbsp
  • Vanilla essence  few drops
  • Cream whipped 1 packet
  • Caster sugar  2 ounce
  • Chocolate chips  1/2 cup

Method:

  1. For making orange sauce, add orange juice, sugar, egg yolk, corn flour, butter and few drops of orange color, make it thick, then take it out and chill it.
  2. For making chocolate sauce, add milk, coconut powder, sugar, cornflour, butter, few drops of vanilla essence, beaten cream, caster sugar, make it thick, cook it well.
  3. Take it out and chill it.
  4. After that spread the layer of cake in glass dish.
  5. Then put the orange sauce. Then put the another layer and put the chocolate sauce.
  6. In the end put the beaten cream and chocolate sauce for garnishing and then serve.

Ingredients for Crispy Baked Drumsticks:

  • Chicken drumsticks  1/2 kg
  • Crushed garlic  1 tsp
  • Oil  2 tbsp
  • Chili powder  1 tsp
  • All spice  1 tsp
  • Lemon juice  2 tbsp
  • Salt  1 tsp
  • Black pepper  1/2 tsp
  • Chili powder  1 tsp
  • Bread crumbs  as required
  • Baking powder  1/2 tsp

For Garlic Chutney:

  • Yogurt  1 cup
  • Garlic paste  1/4 tsp
  • Salt  1/4 tsp
  • White pepper  1/4 tsp

Method:

  1. Make a hole on a chicken drumstick.
  2. Now marinate the chicken by add salt, black pepper, garam masala, chopped garlic, chopped red chilies, lemon juice.
  3. Now add baking powder, bread crumbs, chopped red chilies mix it well.
  4. Then put the mixture of marinated chicken drumsticks for coating.
  5. Then paste it on baking sheet, roast it by pasting butter, heat it in oven, bake it for 30 minutes.
  6. In the end add garlic bread, sugar then serve.
  7. Mix it by putting garlic chutney, yogurt, garlic paste, salt and white pepper mix it well.

Ingredients for Roman Pie:

  • Mince  250 gm
  • Onion chopped  2 tbsp
  • Salt  1 tsp
  • Black pepper  1 tsp
  • Chili powder  1 tsp
  • Vinegar  2 tbsp
  • Flour  2 tbsp
  • Oil  4
  • Potatoes boiled  4
  • Tomato slice  2
  • Eggs  3
  • Rice boiled  1 cup
  • Butter  2 ounce

Method:

  1. Heat the oil in a pan add onions, fry them.
  2. Now add mince, salt, black pepper, vinegar.
  3. Then add flour, water cover and let it cook.
  4. Now add boiled potatoes, butter, salt, black pepper and milk mix it and keep it on a side.
  5. Then put the tomato, egg slices, and make the layer of rice on it.
  6. Now add mince, egg slices and cover it.
  7. After that add potatoes for baking it.
  8. Then brush it with egg and sprinkle cheese on its top, butter and bake it on 180 degree C for 15 minutes.
