Ingredients for Haray Baray Kabab:

  • Beef mince 1/2 kg
  • Green coriander 2 bunch
  • Green chilies 8
  • Garlic cloves 6
  • Salt to taste
  • Egg 1
  • Bread slices 2
  • Bread crumbs 1/2 packet
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Oil to fry

Method:

  1. First, blend green coriander, garlic cloves and green chilies in blender.
  2. Now mix chicken or beef mince made in chutney,  bread slices, bread crumbs, eggs and black pepper and mix it well. Then make your hands oily and make kababs.
  3. After that, heat oil, shallow fry it and serve with paratha.

Ingredients for Spicy Aloo Kofta:

  • Boiled potatoes  1/2 kg
  • Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
  • Crushed cumin 1/2 tsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Green chilies 4
  • Green coriander 1/2 bunch
  • Mint leaves 1/2 bunch
  • Rice flour 2-3 tbsp
  • Oil 1 cup

For Gravy:

  • Chopped onion 2
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Red chili 1 tbsp
  • Coriander powder 2 tbsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Oil 1 cup

Method:

  1. First, mash boiled potatoes nicely.
  2. Now put rice flour, red chilies flakes, crushed cumin, all spice powder, salt, green chilies, chopped green coriander, and chopped mint and mix it.
  3. Now pour oil in your hands, make small koftas and shallow fry in oil.
  4. Then heat oil in one pot, make chopped onions golden brown and take out.
  5. Now grind with yogurt in blender.
  6. Then put yogurt mixture, salt, ginger garlic paste, red chili flakes, chopped coriander, turmeric, all spice powder and roast it.
  7. When oil separates, put koftas.
  8. After that, put 1 cup hot water and roast it lightly.
  9. In end, put green coriander and green chilies and simmer for 5 minutes.
  10. Tasty koftay is ready.

Ingredients for Cream Malai Methi Matar:

  • Peas 1/2 kg
  • Fresh cream 1 packet
  • Fenugreek leaves 1 bunch
  • Green chilies 6
  • Butter 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp

Method:

  1. Put oil and butter in karahi pan and heat it.
  2. Then put ginger garlic paste and chopped fenugreek leaves, roast it lightly and put peas.
  3. After that, put salt, black pepper and green chilies and again roast it lightly.
  4. Now add fresh cream and simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Tasty creamy malai methi matar is ready.
  6. Serve with hot chapati.
