Ingredients for Baked Pasta Lasagna:
Pasta 1 packet
Oil 2-3 tbsp
For Chicken Sauce:
Chicken boneless 300 gm
Garlic 6-7 cloves
Tomatoes 3-4
Red chili 1 tsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Tomato puree 1/2 cup
Oregano 1/3 tsp
Oil 3-4 tbsp
Salt to taste
For White Sauce:
Flour 2-3 tbsp
Stock 1 cup
Milk 250 gm
Butter 1/2 cup
For Topping:
Mozzarella cheese 150 gm
Cheddar cheese 150 gm
Method:
For white sauce: Add butter, flour, roast it for 3 minutes.
Now add stock, then roast it again for 3 minutes.
Now add milk and stir it well, when it becomes thick then remove it from stove.
White sauce is ready.
For chicken sauce: Pour oil, garlic cloves, then add chicken for frying it.
Add tomatoes for roasting.
Now add tomato puree, black pepper, red chili, oregano, salt cook it till the sauce becomes thick.
When the sauce becomes thick then remove it from stove.
For Boiling pasta: Pour white sauce on oven tray, then put pasta, marinate sauce, white sauce.
Now put the mozzarella cheese and cheddar cheese, pasta repeat this chain again.
In end sprinkle oregano, bake in preheated oven on 200 degrees C for 10 to 15 minutes and serve.
Ingredients for Mustard & Garlic Sauce:
Cream 1 cup
Mustard powder 1 tbsp
Garlic cloves 6-8
Dukni mirch 1 tsp
Chicken cube 1
Salt a pinch
Method:
First boil the garlic cloves, make the paste of it.
Then add cream, mustard powder, mustard paste, white pepper, salt, chicken , add cube and mix it well until all the things are mixed well.
Mustard and garlic sauce is ready.
Ingredients for Crispy Pattie Burger:
Chicken breast 300 gm
Eggs 2-3
Bun 4-5
White flour 1/2 cup
Rice flour 1 cup
Corn flour 1 cup
Baking powder 1/2 tsp
Garlic powder 1 tsp
Red chili 1 tsp
Black pepper 1 tbsp
White pepper 1 tbsp
Chicken powder 1 tbsp
White vinegar 3 tbsp
Oil to fry
Iceberg as required
Salt to taste
Method:
Make the 6 chicken slices, keep it in oiled plastic shopper.
Now thin it with kitchen batter and spread it.
Do it with all chicken pieces then place them in bowl.
Add white vinegar, salt, mustard paste, red chili powder, garlic powder, mix it well and leave it for half an hour for marination.
For making dry mixture, take a flour, rice flour, corn flour, chicken powder, black pepper, white pepper, baking powder, garlic powder, salt mix them well.
For making crispy chicken beat the eggs in a bowl, put the chicken into dry mixture, after that put it into egg, repeat this again.
Pour oil in a pan, pour oil on all pieces.
For making crispy burger, put the chicken piece, sauce, ice burg.
Put another piece of bun on it and serve.
