Ingredients for Cream Fruit Cake:

• Egg 4
• Caster sugar 8 oz
• Unsalted butter 8 oz
• Flour 8 oz
• Vanilla essence 1 tsp
• Baking powder 1 tsp
• Baking soda 1/2 tsp
• Milk 1/4 cup
• Fruit cocktail 1 tin
• Cream 1 packet
• Icing sugar 1/2 cup
  

Ingredients for Qulfa Gosht:

• Qulfa 1 kg
• Onion 2
• Ginger 1 tsp
• Garlic 1 tsp
• Mutton 1/2 kg
• Salt to taste
• Red chilli 1 tsp
• Turmeric 1/2 tsp
• Mix spices 1 tsp
• Tomato 4
• Green chilli 4-5
• Coriander 1/2 cup
