Ingredients for Baked Chicken Parcel:
Chicken breast 2
Salt to taste
Garlic paste 1 tsp
Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Onion 1 medium
Capsicum 1 medium
Tomatoes Chopped 2
Coriander leaves 1/4 bunch
Peas boiled 1 cup
Mozzarella cheese 1 packet
Manda strips 1/2 kg
Oil 2-3 tbsp
Method:
First, cut chicken breast into one to two layers.
Now add chicken breast, salt, garlic paste, chopped red chili and lemon juice in one bowl and marinate it.
Now pour oil in grill pan and grill it lightly.
Now cut tomato, onion and capsicum into finely in one bowl.
Add boiled peas and chopped green coriander.
Now cut manda strips into 5x5 square pieces.
Join 2 2 pieces together and keep vegetables.
Then keep chicken pieces on top.
Keep mozzarella cheese, keep in muffin tray and bake in oven for 10 to 12 minutes on 190 degrees C.
When golden, take it out and serve.
Ingredients for Fruity Party Rice:
Boiled rice 300 gm
Chicken breast 2
Garlic paste 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Potatoes 2
Carrot 1
Peas 250 gm
Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Vinegar 2 tbsp
Soya sauce 2 tbsp
Pineapple 1/2 cup
Almond round 100 gm
Raisin 100 gm
Oil 4 tbsp
Method:
First, heat oil in karahi pan and add garlic paste.
When it cook lightly, put small pieces of chicken breast and cook it nicely.
Now add carrot slices and cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
Then keep flame low, add boiled potatoes, boiled peas, raisin and finely chopped pineapple and cook more for 1 to 2 minutes.
Then add boiled rice, salt, black pepper, sugar, vinegar and soya sauce, mix for 1 to 2 minutes and serve hot.
Ingredients for Fish Manchurian:
Boneless fish 1/2 kg
Salt to taste
Garlic paste 1 tbsp
Whole red chilies 4-6
White pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Vinegar 2-3 tbsp
Soya sauce 2 tbsp
Worcester sauce 2 tbsp
Egg 1
Flour 4 tbsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Chines salt 1 tsp
Tomato paste 4 tbsp
Tomato ketchup 4 tbsp
Spring onion 2 tbsp
Carrot 1
Capsicum 1
Oil 3-4 tbsp
Oil for fry
Method:
First, put fish cubes in one bowl, put egg, flour, salt, black pepper powder, mix it nicely, marinate it, deep fry it and keep it aside .
Now heat oil in separate pan, add garlic paste and whole red chilies and fry for 1 to 2 minutes.
Then add capsicum cubes, carrot cubes, finely chopped green onions and roast more for 1 to 2 minutes.
Then add tomato ketchup, tomato paste, soya sauce, worcestor sauce, salt, vinegar, Chinese salt, white pepper powder and sugar and cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
Then add fried fish, mix it and serve.
