Ingredients for Chapati Ladoo:

  • Chapatti  6
  • Water  1/2 cup
  • Brown sugar  4 tbsp
  • Fresh cream  1/2 packet
  • Chopped almonds  12
  • Sesame seeds  2 tbsp
  • Walnuts  1/ cup
  • Clarified butter  2 tbsp
  • Crushed cardamom 4

Method:

  1. First put the small pieces of chapati in a pan. Along water so that they become soft.
  2. Now cool them and put the peeled almonds in a chopped and grind them.
  3. After that add crushed cardamom roast it lightly and put the ready mixture of on chapati.
  4. Along fresh cream, roast it well and remove it from stove.
  5. Then almonds and mix the roasted sesame seeds.
  6. After that put brown sugar, make small ladoo and serve in tray.

Ingredients for White Chicken With Yellow Rice:

  • Chicken   1
  • Yogurt  1 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste  1 tbsp
  • Green chilies 8
  • Black pepper  1 tsp
  • Coconut cream  1 tin
  • Oil  1/2 cup
  • Salt  to taste

For Rice:

  • Boiled rice  2 cups
  • Turmeric  1 tsp
  • Green chilies  4
  • Salt  to taste
  • Oil  1/2 cup
  • Butter  1 tbsp

Method:

  1. First add chicken pieces wash it with water, mix it with yogurt.
  2. Along salt, ginger garlic paste, boil it without water.
  3. When water dries then remove it from stove.
  4. Now pour oil in a pan, add boiled chicken make it golden brown, fry it add green chilies, chopped black pepper, coconut cream simmer it for 5 minutes.
  5. Now add boiled rice when it remains to 2/4th then simmer it.
  6. When serving pour oil stir fry the rice in pan.
  7. Then add turmeric, salt, green chilies roast it lightly.
  8. Now put the rice in a wide pan.
  9. Place the ready chicken in center of dish Serve it hot.

  • Red beans  1 cup
  • Onion paste  2
  • Degi red chili  3
  • Coriander seeds  1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste  1 tbsp
  • Black pepper  1 tsp
  • Salt  to taste
  • Crushed cumin  1 tsp
  • Tamarind paste  1 cup
  • Tomato puree  1 tin
  • Curry leaves  few
  • Green chilies  4
  • Oil  1 cup

Method:

  1. First add red chilies, white vinegar boil it and add whole coriander.
  2. Now take out the red beans from water and put it in fresh water, boil it,
  3. When it is tendered then remove it from stove.
  4. Then heat the oil add chopped onions, make it reddish.
  5. Then add ginger garlic paste roast it lightly.
  6. After that add red chilies, coriander. Along red beans, salt, tamarind pulp, make it thick and few drops of curry leaves for roasting, simmer it then.
  7. In the end put chopped red chilies, chopped green chilies, chopped and crushed cumin serve it hot.
