Ingredients for Double Mocha Cake:

  • Butter 250 gm
  • White chocolate 150 gm
  • Sugar 2 cup
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  • Coco powder 2 tbsp
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Flour 2 cup
  • Eggs 2
  • Baking powder 1-1/2 tsp

For Filling:

  • Milk chocolate 600 gm
  • Cream 1 cup

Ingredients for Melting Delight:

  • Butter as required
  • Chocolate 1 cup
  • Cream 1 cup
  • Cinnamon powder 1/2 tsp
  • Biscuit 2 packet
  • Coco powder 1 tsp
  • Coffee 2 tsp
  • Salt 1/4 tsp

For Chocolate Sauce:

  • Coco powder 1/3 cup
  • Icing sugar 1-1/2 cup
  • Milk 3/4 cup

Ingredients for Lemon Tarts:

For Pastry Dough:

  • Flour 1 cup
  • Butter 110 gm
  • Egg 1
  • Water 2-3 tbsp
  • Salt 1 pinch

For Filling:

  • Custard powder 4 tbsp
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Lemon juice 4 tbsp
  • Water 1 cup
  • Butter 1 tbsp
  • Food color as required
  • Glazed cherries for garnish
  • Egg yolk 4
  • Lemon essence few drops
