Ingredients for Muli Ka Halwa:

  • Radish 2 kg
  • Ghee 1/2 cup
  • Almond 1/4 cup
  • Pistachio 1/4 cup
  • Small cardamom 1 tsp
  • Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
  • Khoya 250 gm
  • Sugar 250 gm
  • Silver paper for garnish

Ingredients for Rajasthani Mirch Vada:

  • Big green chilli 20
  • Gram flour 1 cup
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Potato 1 kg
  • Red chilli 1 tsp
  • Mango dry powder 2 tsp
  • Roasted coriander 1 tbsp
  • Roasted cumin 1 tbsp
  • Fennel 1 tbsp
  • Coriander 2 tbsp
  • Green chilli 4-5
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
