Ingredients for Fish Biryani:

For Fish Masala:

  • Tuna fish caned  2 can or cups
  • Onion 5
  • Tomato  6
  • Dry plums 6-7
  • Red chili powder  1-1/2 tbsp
  • Salt  1-1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric  1 tsp
  • Coriander powder  1 tbsp
  • Cumin powder  1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste  1 tbsp
  • Oil  1 cup

Ingredients for Rice:

  • Rice  3 cup
  • Bay leaf  1
  • Cinnamon  1
  • Cumin  1 tsp
  • Cloves  4-5
  • Whole black  pepper  4-5
  • Large cardamom  1
  • Small cardamoms  4
  • Star anise  2
  • Salt   to taste
  • Orange food color  as required

Ingredients for Khattay Koftay:

For Keema Filling:

  • Minced meat  1/2 kg
  • Roasted and powdered gram 2 tbsp
  • Poppy seeds  2 tbsp
  • Salt   to taste
  • Crushed chili  1 tsp
  • Chopped green chilies  2 tbsp
  • Chopped coriander  2 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste  1 tbsp

For Gravy:

  • Oil  1/2 cup
  • Tomato puree  2 cup
  • Mustard  1/2 tsp
  • Cumin  1/2 tsp
  • Curry leaves  7-8
  • Salt  to taste
  • Red chili powder  to taste
