  • made these biharay pasanday on 13 feb. I made few changes as I used 500 gms beef pasanday. Instead of boiled channa dal I used 2 tbsp roasted besa. also used 4 button chillies, 1/2 tsp dhania seeds, 1 tsp cumin, 1 black elaichi, 1 tbsp poppy, 1 tsp pepper corns, 4 green elaichi to make roasted masala. I marinated for 7-8 hours. It cooked in less than 1 hour. I added more lemon juice than the recipe specifications.At diff stages of cooking, plz adjust salt and chilli powder. Finally I gave 2 mins dam of coal for smoky flavour. Its a very delicious recipe so plz try with confidence.
