Ingredients for Palak Kofta:

  • Mince 1/2 kg
  • Onion 1
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Green chilli 2
  • Red chilli powder 1-1/2 tsp
  • Almond powder 1 tbsp
  • Mix spices 1/2 tsp

For Curry:

  • Spinach 1 kg
  • Fenugreek 1 cup
  • Soya 1 bunch
  • Onion 1
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Chopped tomato 2
  • Yogurt 2 tbsp
  • Red chilli powder 1-1/2 tsp
  • Mix spices 1 tbsp
  • Bay leaf 1
  • Salt to taste
  • Ghee 3/4 cup
  • Small cardamom 4-5
  • Cream 2-3 tbsp
  • Green chilli 2-3
  • Naan for serving

Ingredients for Mutanjan:

  • Rice 750 gm
  • Sugar 700 gm
  • Ghee 1 cup
  • Small cardamom 8-10
  • Yellow Green Red color as required
  • Small gulab jamun 250 gm
  • Orange peel 1/2 cup
  • Small cham cham 250 gm
  • Almond, Pistachio 1 cup
  • Khoya 250 gm
  • Green Red Ashrafi as required
  • Kewra essence few drops
  • Silver paper 1-2
