Sicilian Orange Dessert And Chicken Tarka by Sara Riaz

Ingredients for Sicilian Orange Dessert:

• Orange juice 1-1/2 cup
• Orange 6
• Gelatin 1-1/2 tbsp
• Mustard powder 3 tbsp
• Milk 750 gm
• Sugar 1/2 cup
• Cream 1 packet
• Orange essence few drops
• Orange color 1 pinch
• Cooking chocolate 2 inch
  

Ingredients for Chicken Tarka:

• Chicken 16 pieces or 1 kg
• Ginger 1 tsp
• Garlic 1 tsp
• Salt 1 tbsp
• Turmeric 1/2 tsp
• Red chilli powder 1 tbsp
• Mix spices 1 tsp
• Roasted cumin 1 tsp
• Yogurt 325 gm

For Tarka:

• Oil 1/2 cup
• Whole red chillies 6
• Curry leaves 10-15
• Mustard seeds 1 tsp
