Special Mix Sabzi, Tandoori Machli Masala And Chicken Boti Masala by Zubaida Tariq

Ingredients for Tandoori Machli Masala:

  • Fish  1 kg
  • White vinegar  1/2 cup
  • Tandoori masala  1 packet
  • Turmeric  1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste  1 tbsp
  • Lemons  6
  • White cumin  1 tbsp
  • Oil   as required
  • Rice flour  as required
  • Salt  to taste

Method:

  1. First wash fish, add white vinegar leave it for 10 minutes.
  2. Then wash it and keep it on filter dish, so that the water is drain.
  3. Now put the lemon juice, turmeric and salt on fish.
  4. Then heat the pan pour oil, spread the fish.
  5. When it turns to white color, remove it from stove and cool it.
  6. Now add rice flour, tandoori masala, ginger garlic paste, roasted white cumin, mix it well, cut the fish into pieces, pour lemon juice, keep it for a while.
  7. After that pour oil in a pan, shallow fry the marinated fish with masala, spread it on tissue, so that it absorb the oil.

Ingredients for Chicken Boti Masala:

  • Chicken boneless  1/2 kg
  • Chicken masala tikka  2 tbsp
  • Crushed red chili  1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste  1 tbsp
  • Lemons  2
  • Black pepper  1 tsp
  • Green chilies  2
  • Yogurt  1/2 cup
  • Oil  1/2 cup
  • Green coriander  1 bunch
  • Salt  to taste

Method:

  1. Mix the chicken boneless boti, chicken masala tikka, chopped red chili, ginger garlic paste, chopped black pepper, lemon juice, green chilies, yogurt.
  2. Now add salt, and leave it for 5 minutes.
  3. Then pour it in fry pan and dry its water.

Ingredients for Special Mix Sabzi:

  • Cauliflower  1 small
  • Boiled potatoes  4
  • Green beans  10
  • Chopped carrots  2
  • Peas  1 cup
  • Green chilies  6
  • Crushed red chili  1 tbsp
  • Turmeric  1 tsp
  • Salt  to taste
  • Mustard seeds  2 tbsp
  • Soya saag  2 bunches
  • Garlic cloves  4
  • Fenugreek leaves  6
  • Mustard oil  1 cup

Method:

  1. First put soya saag, mustard seeds, turmeric keep it in water for 5 minutes.
  2. Now pour mustard oil, heat it and add garlic cloves make them golden fry.
  3. Then peel the skin of boiled potatoes, make their cubes, fry the garlic.
  4. After that add peas, small cauliflower, green beans, chopped red chilies, mustard, turmeric, salt, green chilies and cook on high flame.
  5. When the water is dried roast it lightly.
  6. Delicious mix sabzi is ready.
