Ingredients for Namkeen Karahi:

  • Mutton 1-1/2 kg
  • Fat 125 gm
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Tomato 1/2 kg
  • Ghee 250 gm

  • Flour 1/2 kg
  • Ghee 100 gm
  • Water 1-1/2 cup
  • Soda 1/4 tsp
  • Ammonium 2 pinch
  • Sindoori color as required
  • Sugar 1/2 kg
  • Sugar syrup 1-1/2 kg
  • Cream tatri 1/4 tsp
  • Pistachio for garnish
  • Ghee for garnish
