Ingredients for Kuna:

  • Mutton 1 kg
  • Nutmeg, Mace 1 tsp
  • Pepli 1 tsp
  • Kashmiri red chilli 1 tbsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tbsp
  • Red chilli powder 2 tsp
  • Black cumin 2 tbsp
  • Fennel seeds 2 tbsp
  • Garlic paste 3 tbsp
  • Cumin 1-1/2 tsp
  • Yogurt 250 gm
  • Salt to taste
  • Dry ginger 4
  • Cinnamon 2 sticks
  • Black pepper 10
  • Green cardamom 7
  • Black cardamom 2
  • Bay leaf 2
  • Onion 2
  • Ghee 1 cup
  • Plain flour 1-1/2 cup
  • Muslim cloth for potli
  • Fried onion for garnish
  • Coriander for garnish
  • Lemon for garnish

  • Salt to taste
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Lemon 2 tsp

For Stuffing:

  • Tamarind pulp 3 tbsp
  • Garlic 4-5 cloves
  • Fresh coriander 1 cup
  • Coriander powder 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Ginger 2 inch
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Oil 1 tbsp

For Salad:

  • Onion 2
  • Tomato 2
  • Lemon 2
  • Cucumber 1

Ingredients for Shakar Kandi Ki Kheer:

  • Sweet potato 2
  • Milk 5 cup
  • Ghee 1 tbsp
  • Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
  • Sugar to taste
  • Solid soap 1/3 cup
  • Kewra 1 tbsp
  • Almond, Pistachio 1/2 cup
  • Silver paper for garnish

Ingredients for Mota Naan:

  • Flour 2-1/2 cup

  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Ghee 3-4 tbsp
  • Yeast 1-1/2 tsp
  • Milk powder 4-5 tbsp
  • Egg 1
  • Yellow color 1 pinch
  • Sesame seeds as required
