Ingredients for Coffee Cake:

• White butter 8 oz
• Flour 8 oz
• Caster sugar 8 oz
• Eggs 4
• Baking powder 2 tsp
• Vanilla essence

For Icing:

• White butter 8 oz
• Icing sugar 12 oz
• Coffee 1 tbsp
• Ginger nuts biscuits 1 packet
  

Ingredients for Corn Coconut Vadas:

• Potato 1/2 kg
• Fresh coconut 1/4 cup
• Sweet corn 1 cup
• Grated cheese 2 tbsp
• Coriander 1/2 cup
• Green chilli 4
• Onion 1
• Lemon juice 2 tbsp
• Salt to taste

For Bhagar:

• Cumin 1/2 tsp
• Mustard 1/2 tsp
• Fenugreek seeds 1/4 tsp
• Oil 2 tbsp
• Curry leaves 10-12
• Yogurt 1/2 kg
• Khatti meethi chutney 1/2 cup

For Batter:

• Gram flour 1 cup
• Salt 1/2 tsp
• Red chilli 1/2 tsp
• Turmeric 1/4 tsp
• Baking powder 1/4 tsp
