Ingredients for Moussaka:

• Butter 4 oz

• Potato 1/2 kg
• Eggplant 4

For Sauce:

• Butter 1 oz
• Flour 2 tbsp
• Milk 250 gm
• Salt 1/2 tsp
• White cumin 1/2 tsp
• Mustard powder 1/2 tsp
• Cheddar cheese 1/2 cup
• Egg 1

For Keema:

• Keema 1/2 kg
• Onion 1
• Ginger 1 tsp
• Garlic 1 tsp
• Salt 1 tsp
• Black pepper 1 tsp
• Mix spice 1 tsp
• Red chilli 1 tsp
• Tomato 4
• Coriander 1/2 cup

• Cream 2 packet
• Caster sugar 1 cup
• Coffee 2 tbsp
• Walnut 1/2 cup
• Egg 2
• Gelatin 1 tbsp
