Ingredients for Chocolate Fruit Cake:

• Flour 3 cup
• Cocoa powder 3/4 cup
• Cinnamon powder 3/4 cup
• Clove powder 1/2 tsp
• Sugar 1-1/2 cup
• Vanilla essence 2 tsp
• Milk 1-1/4 tsp
• Baking powder 1 tsp
• Soda 1 tsp
• Salt 1 tsp
• Butter 1-1/2 cup
• Brown sugar 3/4 cup
• Eggs 5
• Mix dry fruits 2-1/2 cup
• Black currant 1/2 cup
• Raisin 1 cup
• Glazed cherries 1/2 cup
• Walnut 1 cup
• Chocolate chips 1/2 cup

For Icing:

• Icing sugar 1-1/2 cup
• Cocoa powder 1/2 cup
• Milk 1 cup
• Butter 1 tbsp
  

Ingredients for Stuffed Chicken Buns:

• Yeast 1 tsp
• Flour 2 cup
• Milk 1/3 cup
• Oil 1 tbsp
• Sugar 1 tbsp
• Egg 1
• Salt 1 tsp
• Sesame seed to sprinkle

For Stuffing:

• Chicken 1-1/2 cup
• Onion 2
• Red chilli powder 1 tsp
• Cumin seed 1 pinch
• Salt to taste
• Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
• Coriander powder 1-1/2 tsp
• Garam masala powder 1 pinch
• Coriander 2 tbsp

For Marination:

• Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
• Lemon juice 1
• Tomato ketchup 2 tsp
• Garlic paste 1/2 tsp
• Salt to taste
• Coriander powder 1 tsp
• Yogurt 1/2 cup
• Oil for fry

For Batter:

• Flour 1
• Baking powder 1/2 tsp
• Salt 1
• Sesame seed 2 tbsp
• Bread crumbs 1/2 tsp
• Water to taste
• Raita 1 tsp
• Yogurt 1/2 cup
• Oil for fry
