Ingredients for Special Aloo Chana Masala:

  • Kabuli chick peas 1 cup
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Green coriander 1 bunch
  • Onion paste 2
  • Lemons 2
  • Boiled potatoes 
  • Tomatoes 4
  • Green chilies 4
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Crushed cumin 1 tsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Red chili 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste1 tbsp
  • Soda bi carbonate 1/2 tsp
  • Crushed coriander 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Peel boiled potatoes and cut into pieces.
  2. Now add boiled kabuli chick peas, keep it in warm water, then add fresh water for boiling.
  3. When the chick peas are boiled then add soda bi carbonate.
  4. Pour oil in a pan add chopped onion and make them golden brown.
  5. After that add chopped ginger garlic paste, turmeric, coriander, chopped red chili, chopped garam masala then roast it.
  6. Then add potatoes and roast it.
  7. Now add green chilies, chopped green coriander simmer it well.
  8. In end, put lemon juice and serve.

Ingredients for Dhaba Chapli Kabab:

  • Beef/ mutton mince  1/2 kg
  • Eggs  1
  • Chopped tomatoes  2
  • Beaten eggs  2
  • Green chilies  3
  • Mint leaves  1 bunch
  • Corn flour  1 cup
  • Black pepper  1 tbsp
  • Red chili flakes  1 tbsp
  • Yogurt cream  2 tbsp
  • Pomegranate seeds  2 tbsp
  • Oil  to fry
  • Salt  to taste

Method:

  1. Soak pomegranate seeds in water.
  2. Add mutton mince, yogurt, salt, chopped red chili, chopped black pepper, chopped green chili and chopped mint, keep it for 5 minutes.
  3. Then put the wet pomegranate seeds in mince.
  4. Put the beaten egg, fry it and make its pieces, mix it in mince.
  5. After that put  the raw egg, chopped tomatoes on hand and make big kababs of it, fry it well.
  6. Tasty dhaba chapli kababs are ready.

Ingredients for Qehwa:

  • Water 2-1/2 cups
  • Tea 1-1/2 tsp
  • Cardamom 2
  • Cinnamon as required
  • Cloves 1
  • Lemon juice as required

Method:

  1. First boil water.
  2. Now put tea, cardamom, cinnamon and cloves and cook it well.
  3. Then put lemon juice and serve hot.

Ingredients for Doodh Pati Chai:

  • Milk 250 gm
  • Water 1 cup
  • Tea 4 tsp
  • Sugar as required

Method:

  1. First boil water in pan.
  2. Now put tea and sugar.
  3. When it is boiled, add milk.
  4. Then give josh on low flame. When fragrance comes, take out  doodh pati in cups and serve hot.

Ingredients for Coffee:

  • Milk 250 gm
  • Water as required
  • Coffee 4 tsp
  • Sugar as required

Method:

  1. First put coffee, water and sugar and beat it well.
  2. Now heat milk and add it.
  3. Coffee is ready.
