Ingredients for Paye:

  • Mutton trotters 8
  • Onion 4
  • Lemon 6
  • Coriander 1 bunch
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Kashmiri red chilli 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 5-6 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 2-1/2 tbsp
  • Red chilli powder 2-1/2 tbsp
  • Naan for serving
  • Ginger for garnish
  • Green chilli for garnish
  • Salt to taste

Ingredients for Nargisi Koftay Palak Curry:

  • Spinach 2 bunch
  • Salt to taste
  • Chopped garlic as required
  • Fresh soya 2 bunch
  • Onion paste 2
  • Red chilli paste 1 tsp
  • Chopped ginger 1
  • Mix spice powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp

For Koftay:

  • Mince 650 gm
  • Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tbsp
  • Oil for cooking
  • Boiled eggs 6
  • Onion 2
  • Salt to taste
  • Mix spices powder 1 tsp
  • Green chilli 2
  • Yogurt 1 cup

Ingredients for Bajray Ki Tikkiya Aur Kheer:

For Tikkiya:

  • Pearl millet flour 1/2 kg
  • Ghee 250 gm
  • Sugar 250 gm
  • Sesame seed 100 gm
  • Pistachio 100 gm
  • Dessicated coconut 100 gm

For Kheer:

  • Milk 1 kg
  • Sugar 1/2 kg
  • Rice 1/2 cup
  • Pistachio, Almonds 100 gm
  • Dessicated coconut 1as required
  • Silver paper for garnish
