Ingredients for Lucknowi Biryani:

  • Chicken (14 pieces)  1
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Rice 2-1/2 cup
  • White cumin 1 tsp
  • Small cardamom 6
  • Chopped green chilies 4
  • Onion 3
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh milk as required
  • Saffron 1 cup
  • Clarified butter 1 cup

For Stock:

  • Garlic 1
  • Ginger 1 piece
  • Big cardamom 3
  • Bay leaves 1
  • Fennel seeds 1 tsp
  • Coriander seeds 1 tbsp
  • Onion 1
  • Kewra few drops

Ingredients for Lauki Ka Halwa:

  • Bottle gourd 1
  • Khoya 250 gm
  • Green food color a pinch
  • Sugar 2 cups
  • Coconut powder 1 packet
  • Small cardamom 6
  • Almond powder as required
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Oil 2-3 tbsp

Ingredients for Lucknowi Keema:

  • Beef mince 1/2 kg
  • Papaya paste 2 tbsp
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Chopped mint leaves 1 bunch
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Salt  to taste 6
  • Crushed cardamom 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Chopped onion 3
  • Clarified butter 1 cup
