Ingredients for Beef Jalfrezi:
Undercut thinly sliced 1/2 kg
Tomato 2 Julian
Capsicum 1 Julian
Onion 1 Julian
Ginger Julian 2 tbsp
Omelet 1
Garlic paste 1 tsp
Crushed red pepper 2 tsp
Cumin 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Chili garlic sauce 2 tbsp
Vinegar 3 tbsp
Soya Sauce 2 tbsp
Oil 1/4 cup
Pita bread 2 for serving
Method:
Heat oil, garlic paste, undercut slices, ginger Julian and toast for 5 minutes.
Now add crushed red pepper, salt, vinegar, cumin, chili garlic sauce, soya sauce and onion Julian and fry for 5 minutes.
Then put capsicum Julian and tomatoes
Now put omelet strips on sizzler and serve with pita bread.
Ingredients for Chocolate Cherry Surprise :
Eggs 3
Caster sugar 3 ounce
Coco powder 1 ounce
Flour 2 ounce
Baking powder 1/2 tsp
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Any fruit juice 1/2 cup
Cherry pie filling 1 tin
Cream cheese 8 ounce
Condensed milk 1/2 tin
Whipped cream 2 packets
Method:
Beat cream.
Then put condensed milk and cream cheese in it, mix it and keep it separate.
Make layer of chocolate cake in glass bowl.
Now moist it with fruit juice.
Then spread cherries pie filling.
Now put cream cheese mixture.
Then again make space in center, put cherries pie filling, garnish with cream and serve.
Ingredients for Butter Chicken With Naan:
Chicken boneless 1/2 kg
Cream 2 tbsp
Butter 2 tbsp
Yogurt 2 tbsp
Tomatoes 2
Onion 1 large
Tomato puree 2 tbsp
Green chilies 4
Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Chili powder 1 tsp
White cumin 1 tsp
All spice 1/2 tsp
Method:
Put onion, tomato, green chili, green coriander and tomato puree in blender and blend it.
Now heat butter and oil in one pot, put blended masala, add chili powder, salt, chopped & roasted white cumin, yogurt and oil and fry it nicely.
Then cover it, cook for 10 minute until chicken tender.
In end, add cream, all spice and green coriander.
Then serve with naan.
Ingredients for Naan:
Flour 3 cups
Yogurt 4 tbsp
Baking powder 1 tsp
Onion seeds 1/4 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Egg 1
Oil 1/4 cup
Method:
Mix flour, yogurt, baking powder, onion seeds, salt, sugar, egg and oil in one bowl, knead with lukewarm water and make dough.
Now cover it and leave for 1 hour.
Then make portions of dough and roll it.
Now brush with oil and keep in greased tray. Then sprinkle sesame seeds, cover it and again leave for one hour.
After that, bake in preheated oven on 200 degrees C for 10 to 20 minutes.
Then brush with butter, sprinkle water and cover with foil until they are ready to serve or fry it with butter on tawa.
Now serve in basket with butter chicken.
