Ingredients for Chicken Steak With White Sauce:
For Chicken Steak:
Chicken breast 300 gm
Black pepper 2 tsp
Vinegar 2 tbsp
Brown sugar 1 tbsp
Paprika 1 tsp
Butter 1/2 cup
Oil 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
For Sauce:
Garlic 3-4 cloves
Onion 1
White sauce 1/2 cup
Mushrooms 1/2 cup
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Method:
For making steak: Marinate boneless chicken breast with black pepper, vinegar, brown sugar, paprika and butter.
Now fry steak in pan or grill it.
For making sauce: Heat oil, put garlic and onion and fry it lightly.
Now add mushrooms, salt and black pepper, mix it well and fry it.
In end, add white sauce and make sauce.
Now heat sizzler platter until smoke comes out.
Then put steak and sauce and serve it.
Ingredients for Pasta In White Sauce:
Boiled pasta 1/2 packet
Chicken boneless 200 gm
Egg 1
Capsicum 1
Green coriander 1/2 bunch
White sauce 1/2 cup
Mushrooms 1/2 cup
Red chili flakes 1 tsp
Garlic paste 1 tbsp
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Method:
For making pasta: Put pasta in water, boil for 10 minutes and add in oil.
Now take out pasta, put in cold water and leave.
Then take out, pour oil and keep it aside.
For making pasta sauce: Heat oil in pan, put capsicum, red chili flakes, black pepper, egg, mushroom, salt and and fry it.
Then add white sauce, mix it well and put macaroni.
In end, take out in dish, garnish with green coriander and serve.
Ingredients for White Sauce:
Flour 1/2 cup
Chicken stock 1/2 liter
Milk 1/2 kg
Butter 1/2 cup
Method:
Heat butter in one pan and roast flour for 2 to 3 minutes in butter.
Now put chicken stock, roast again for 2 to 3 minutes, add milk and stir it.
When it becomes thick, remove from stove.
White sauce is ready.
