Ingredients for Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Brownies:

For Brownie:

  • Unsalted butter 3/4 cup
  • Chocolate chips 1-1/2 cup
  • Caster sugar 1 cup
  • Brown sugar 1/2 cup
  • Eggs 4
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Flour 1 cup

For Cookie Dough:

  • Unsalted butter 3/4 cup
  • Sugar 3/4 cup
  • Brown sugar 3/4 cup
  • Milk 2 tbsp
  • Flour 1 cup
  • Salt 1 punch
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  • Chocolate chunks for garnish

Method:

  1. Melt chocolate and butter till smooth.
  2. Whisk in sugars, eggs, salt and vanilla.
  3. Sift flour into bowl and mix well.
  4. Bake for 25 minutes.
  5. For cookie dough, combine butter, sugars and salt until soft and creamy.
  6. Mix in the milk and vanilla and the flour till combined.
  7. After the brownie has cooked, pat the cookie dough mixture on top of the brownie.
  8. Chill and cut into slices.

Ingredients for Sev Na Ladoo:

  • Vermicelli 150 gram
  • Khoya 150 gram
  • Sugar 150 gram
  • Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
  • Almonds 1/4 cup
  • Pistachios 1/4 cup
  • Ghee 1/4 cup

Method:

  1. Heat ghee in pan, and add crushed vermicelli.
  2. Stir for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Then add almonds, pistachios, cardamom powder, khoya and sugar.
  4. Mix fast. Take out in a pan and roll into ladoos.

Ingredients for Hareera:

  • Milk 1 cup
  • Pistachio 1 tbsp
  • Almonds 1 tsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Ghee or oil 1 tsp

Method:

  1. Heat ghee, add almonds and pistachios.
  2. Roast for a minute and pour milk and sugar.
  3. Simmer and serve.
