Ingredients for Sesame Fried Fish In Spicy Sauce:

For Fish:

  • Fish  as required
  • Vinegar  2 to 3 tbsp
  • White flour  1 cup
  • Oil  for fry
  • Salt  to taste

For Sauce:

  • Chili sauce  1/2 cup
  • Stock  1 cup
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Garlic crushed  1 tbsp
  • Tomato puree  1 cup
  • Lemon juice  2 to 3 tbsp
  • Brown sugar  1/2 tsp
  • Sesame oil  2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

For Garnish:

  • Carrot sliced 1
  • Green onion  2 to 3 sticks
  • Roasted sesame  2 tbsp

Method:

  1. For making fish: Pour vinegar, salt on a fish and leave it.
  2. Now coat it with flour, fry it well and keep it on aside.
  3. For making sauce: Pour oil in a pan, add garlic for frying.
  4. Then add chili sauce, stock, chopped black pepper, chopped garlic, tomato puree, lemon juice, brown sugar, salt as per taste, make it thick.
  5. In the end add oil mix it well and put the fish in serving dish, pour sauce on top.
  6. Put carrot, green onion, garnish it with roasted sesame, then serve.

Ingredients for Fried Wonton:

For Wonton Patty:

  • White flour 250 gm
  • Eggs 3
  • Oil for fry
  • Salt to taste

For Filling:

  • Chicken boneless 300 gm
  • Egg 1
  • Green onion 2 sticks
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Dark soya sauce 1 tbsp
  • Chinese salt 1/3 tsp
  • Cabbage as required
  • Tomato for garnish
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. For making wonton patty: Take a flour, egg, salt as per taste, knead it hard.
  2. Now roll it out, cut the roti in squares, then sprinkle some flour on it.
  3. Cut the slice and make the layers.
  4. For making filling: Cut the chicken into small pieces.
  5. Now put the chicken, garlic paste, Chinese salt, soya sauce, black pepper, salt, green chilies make its paste, then add beaten egg.
  6. Fill the paste in slices, close its all sides.
  7. After that pour oil in a pan, deep fry it well.
  8. In the end spread grated cabbage on serving plate.
  9. Then garnish with tomato slices, serve it with wonton.

Ingredients for Cabbage Soup:

  • Cabbage  1/2 kg
  • Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
  • Tomato paste 1/2 cup
  • Chicken stock 1 liter
  • Carrot  2
  • Onion  1
  • Capsicum  1
  • Oregano  1/3 tsp
  • Green onion  2 to 3
  • Black pepper  1 tsp
  • Soya sauce  2 tbsp
  • Corn flour  1 tbsp
  • Olive oil  2 to 3 tbsp
  • Salt  to taste

Method:

  1. Pour olive oil in a pan, add onion fry it well.
  2. Now add chopped garlic, fry it.
  3. Then add tomato paste, capsicum, onion, carrots, chopped black pepper, soya sauce, mix it well.
  4. Then add cabbage, chicken stew and cook it well.
  5. Now add corn flour in water and pour it in soup, make it thick then add oregano, mix it well.
  6. In the end sprinkle the black pepper and then serve.
