Ingredients for Gulnar Seekh Kabab:

  • Red lentil 1 cup
  • Ginger 1 inch
  • Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Green chilli 2
  • Bread slice 2
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil 3 tbsp
  • Onion 1
  • Lemon, Mint for serving
  • Shashlik sticks as required
  • Garlic 8-10 cloves
  • Mix spices powder 1 tsp
  • Capsicum 1/4
  • Oil for frying
  • Cumin 1 tsp

Ingredients for Gajar Matar Gosht:

  • Mutton 1 kg
  • Green peas 250 gm
  • Green chilli 6
  • Garlic 3-4 cloves
  • Green cardamom 4
  • Cumin 1 tbsp
  • Coriander 2-3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Onion 4
  • Bay leaf 2
  • Oil 1/3 cup
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Red chilli powder 1 tbsp
  • Cloves 5-6
  • Fresh coriander as required

Ingredients for Homemade Pindiyan:

  • Semolina 1 cup
  • Milk 5 tsp
  • Cardamom powder 1/4 tsp
  • Fresh coconut 5 tsp
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Ghee 5 tsp
  • Almonds 1 tbsp
  • Pistachio 1 tbsp
  • Raisins 1 tbsp
