Ingredients for Daal Keemay Ki Bariyaan:

For Bariyaan:

  • Beef  250 grams
  • Mash lentil  350 grams
  • Bengal gram  100 grams
  • Tara garam masala  2 tsp
  • Red chili powder  2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder  1/2 tsp
  • Salt  1-1/2 tsp

Masala Ingredients:

  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Chopped medium sized onion 1
  • Tomatoes 2
  • Potatoes 3
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
  • Crushed red chilli 1/2 tsp
  • Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Salt  1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder  1/4 tsp
  • Tara garam masala  1 tsp
  • Whole cumin  1/2 tsp
  • Green chilies  4
  • Green coriander  2 tbsp

Ingredients for Til Walay Naan:

  • Flour  3 cups
  • Baking soda  1 tbsp
  • Sugar  1/2 tsp
  • Oil  1/4 cup
  • Curd  1/2 cup
  • Butter/ ghee  4 tbsp
  • Onion seed  1/2 tsp
  • White sesame seed  2-3 tbsp
  • Warm water  as required
