Ingredients for Hot N Sour Soup:

  • Button mushrooms 6
  • Chicken breast 1/2 cup
  • Green onion 1/2 cup
  • Egg 1
  • Corn starch 1 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 1-1/2 tbsp
  • White vinegar  2 tbsp
  • Salt 1/4 tsp
  • White pepper 1-1/2 tsp
  • Chili sauce 1 tbsp
  • Chicken stock 4 cups
  • Garlic 1 tsp
  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Carrot 2 tbsp

Ingredients for Singaporean Noodles:

  • Chicken breast 1 cup
  • Egg noodles 4 cups
  • Crushed red chili 1 tsp
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Oyster sauce 2 tbsp
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Oil 4 tbsp
  • Egg 1
  • Green onion 1/2 cup
  • Ginger 1 tbsp
  • Mushroom 4-5
  • Green capsicum 1/2 cup
  • Carrots 1/2 cup
  • Bean sprout 1 cup
  • Salt as required
  • Black pepper as required

Ingredients for Chicken Saute With Peanut Sauce:

  • Chicken breast 400 grams
  • Brown sugar/soya sauce 1 tsp
  • Garlic 2 tsp
  • Lemon juice 1 clove
  • Crushed red chili 1
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Tara garam masala 1 tsp
  • Peanut butter 2 tbsp
