zainabjaseem, when u cook biryani and when its ready, switch off and and using ur spoon or small plate, carefully lift rice and remove steam. This is important. Secondly when u sprinkle biryani color, add it to kewra or milk and then sprinkle. Try watching some shirin anwar, sara riaz biryani videos, that will teach u alot.
