Ingredients for Fondant Decorated Cookies:
Butter 250 gm
Sugar 150 gm
Egg 1
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Flour 400 gm
Baking powder 1/2 tsp
Coconut 1 to 1-1/2 cup
Rolled fondant as required
Corn syrup as required
Method:
Beat butter & sugar until light & fluffy.
Add egg & vanilla essence beat again.
Add flour & coconut, beat until turns into a dough knead in lightly with hands.
Roll the dough & cut with round cutter.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes in preheated oven.
When baked place on a wire rack to cool.
Decorate with fondant.

Sugar 2 cups
Oil 1/2 cup
Water 1/4 cup
Eggs 2
Vanilla essence 2 tsp
Milk 1 cup
Cocoa powder 3/4 cup
Baking powder 1-1/2 tsp
Baking soda 1-1/2 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Flour 1-3/4 cup
Ingredients for Filling:
Dark chocolate 100 gm
Cream 100 ml
Ingredients for Frosting:
Butter 100 gm
Cocoa powder 2/3 cup
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Milk 1/3 cup
Icing sugar 3 cups
Method:
Method for Cupcakes: Put all the dry ingredients in a bowl, stir. Then add oil, eggs, essence & milk, beat for 1 minutes.
Then add water and beat again.
Pour in lined cupcakes tray & bake for 25 minutes in preheated oven at 180 degree C.
Method for Filling: Cook cream in a pan until comes to boil.
Pour this hot cream on chopped chocolate & leave for 2 minutes.
Mix all well & leave for 2 hours.
Method for Frosting: Melt butter & mix in cocoa.
Then add icing sugar & vanilla essence beat.
Gradually add milk and beat until ready to pipe.
Ingredients for Thick Oreo Shake:
Oreos 12
Vanilla ice cream 4 scoops
Milk 1/2 cup
Chocolate syrup as required
Method:
In a blender add 8 oreos, ice-cream & milk, blend well.
In the serving glass pour some chocolate syrup, then pour oreo shake & decorate with rest of the oreos.
