Ingredients for Curry Pata Chicken:

  • Chicken breast 4-5
  • White vinegar 1/2 cup
  • Curry leaves 20
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Green chilies 10
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Crushed cumin 1 tsp
  • Lemons 3
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Cut chicken breast fillet into strips, shred it lightly, put white vinegar, salt and ginger garlic paste and leave for half an hour.
  2. Now heat oil in one karahi pan, put masala chicken masala and dry its water. When golden brown, turn off stove.
  3. Then put some oil in frying pan, stir fry chopped green chilies and curry leaves and add chicken.
  4. After that, put black pepper, crushed cumin and lemon juice and serve hot. Together keep simple rice.

Ingredients for Chilli & Garlic Vegetable Rice:

  • Rice 2 to 2-1/2 cups
  • Chopped carrots 2
  • Peas 1/2 cup
  • Capsicum 2
  • Garlic 8-10 cloves
  • Green chilies 6
  • Red chili flakes 1/2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • White vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper as required
  • Oil (to fry) 1 tsp
  • Oil 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. First, take out water of soaked rice and put fresh water. Together put salt, boil it 2/4th, strain change its water and simmer for 5 minutes.
  2. Now put oil in one big karahi pan and do garlic cloves golden brown.
  3. Then put green chilies,  black pepper and red chili flakes and fry it lightly.
  4. Then add peas, chopped carrot and capsicum, roast it lightly and add rice.
  5. Together put salt, soya sauce and white vinegar and stir fry fast.
  6. Now put olive oil. After 5 minutes, serve delicious rice hot.

Ingredients for Masalaydar Lal Gosht:

  • Mutton 1/2 kg
  • Bay leaves 1
  • Lemons 3
  • Green chilies 4
  • Black pepper 4
  • Garlic cloves 6
  • Whole red chilies 8
  • Ginger 1 piece
  • Green coriander 1 bunch
  • Oil 1 cup
  • White cumin 1 tsp
  • Crushed coriander 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Put mutton, water, whole red chilies, green chilies, black pepper, crushed coriander, white cumin, chopped ginger, garlic cloves and salt in one pot and leave for cook.
  2. When mutton tenders, take it out and grind remaining masala in blender.
  3. Now heat oil in karahi pan and roast boiled mutton well.
  4. Then put grinded masala and lemon juice and roast it.
  5. When oil separates, add green coriander and simmer it.
  6. After 5 to 10 minutes, masaladar gosht is ready.
