Ingredients for Shahi Tukray:

  • Bread slices 6
  • Milk 1 liter
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Small cardamom 6
  • Almonds 20
  • Yellow food color as required
  • Khoya 250 gm
  • Pistachio 10-15
  • Oil  as required
  • Silver paper to garnish

Ingredients for Aloo Keema Matar Ki Tahiri:

  • Boiled potatoes 4
  • Peas 1 cup
  • Soya saag 2 bunch
  • Mince 1/2 kg
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Chopped onion 2
  • Salt to taste
  • All spice 1 tsp
  • Green chilies 6
  • Rice 2 to 2-1/2 cups
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Clarified butter 2 tbsp

Ingredients for Dahi Baray:

  • Green split lentil 1 cup
  • Yellow lentil 1 cup
  • Yogurt 1 kg
  • Onion 1
  • Garlic 4 cloves
  • Almond 10
  • Fresh milk 1 small packet
  • Soda bi carbonate 1 tsp
  • Corn flour  1 tbsp
  • Sugar  as required
  • Chaat masala as required
  • Tamarind paste as required
  • Oil to fry
  • Salt  to taste
