Ingredients for Arabic Lamb & Potato Cutlets:

  • 1/2 kg boiled potatoes
  • 1/2 kg mince
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 chopped onion
  • 2 chopped carrot
  • 4 tbsp coriander leaves
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • Bread crumbs as required
  • 2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 2 tsp chopped green chillies
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Oil for fry

Ingredients for Basbosa:

  • Semolina 1 cup
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  • Eggs 2
  • Baking powder 2 tsp
  • Yogurt 2 tbsp
  • Cream 1 packet
  • Dry milk powder 1 cup
  • Butter 200 gm
  • Almond & Pistachio 100 gm
  • Coconut powder 1 cup

For Syrup:

  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Water 1 cup
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Saffron 1 tsp
  • Honey 4 tbsp
