Ingredients for Ultimate Chocolate Brownies:

  • Butter 5 ounces
  • Dark chocolate 6 ounces
  • Caster sugar 1 cup
  • Vanilla 1 tsp
  • Eggs 2
  • Flour 1-1/2 cup

Ingredients for Frosting:

  • Chocolate 4 ounce
  • Milk 2 tbsp
  • Cream 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. For Frosting: Cook chocolate, milk and cream for 1 minutes until it melts. Now chill it and spread on brownies.
  2. For Brownies: Melt butter and dark chocolate and take out in big bowl.
  3. Now add caster sugar, vanilla essence, egg and flour and beat for 2 to 3 minutes.
  4. Then keep in greased 8 x 8 inch pan and bake on 180 degrees C for 30 minutes.
  5. Now take it out, cool it and spread with frosting.

Ingredients for Roasted Beef With Brown Sauce:

  • Undercut 1 kg
  • Oil 1/4 cup
  • Mustard powder 1 tsp
  • Salt 1-1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice 3 tbsp
  • Wooster sauce 3 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp

Ingredients for Brown Sauce:

  • Onion finely chopped 2 tbsp
  • Stock 2 cups
  • Oil 4 tbsp
  • Flour 3 tbsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Burnt sugar syrup 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Make hole in undercut with fork.
  2. Now marinate with salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper, mustard powder, ginger garlic paste, wooster sauce and lemon juice.
  3. Heat oil in one pan and fry marinated undercut for 10 minutes.
  4. Now put 2 cups water, cover it and cook fro 30 minutes until undercut tenders and water dries.
  5. Then take out and cut in slices. Now serve hot with boiled vegetables and brown sauce.
  6. For Brown Sauce: Heat oil, and do chopped onions brown.
  7. Now put flour, salt, black pepper and stock and cook until stock becomes thick.
  8. In end, put sugar syrup and make it brown.

Ingredients for Gobi Gosht:

  • Mutton 1/2 kg
  • Onion 1 ground
  • Tomato 1 chopped
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Chili powder 2 tsp
  • Coriander powder 2 tsp
  • Salt 1-1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • All spice 2 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves 2
  • Cauliflower 250 grams
  • Oil 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Heat oil and fry chopped onions for 5 minutes.
  2. Now add ginger garlic paste, tomato, mutton, salt, chili powder, turmeric, coriander powder and fry it.
  3. Then put water, cover it and cook until mutton tenders.
  4. Now add yogurt and fry it well.
  5. After that, for gravy put 1 cup water and cauliflower.
  6. Then cover it and simmer it until mutton and cauliflower are tendered.
  7. In end, put all spice, chopped green coriander and green chilies.
