Ingredients for Mississippi Mud Pie:
For Base:
Flour 1-1/2 cup
Salt 1/4 tsp
Butter 4 ounces
Sugar 4 tbsp
Egg yolk 1
Chilled water to knead
For Filling:
Butter 4 oz
Sugar 8 oz
Coco powder 4 tbsp
Flour 4 tbsp
Eggs 3
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Vanilla ice-cream 1 liter
Chocolate sauce 4 tbsp
Method:
For Base: Put flour, salt, sugar and butter in one bowl and mix with hand until it looks like bread crumbs.
Now add egg yolk and chilled water and knead well.
Then sprinkle some flour on table and make dough of mixture.
Now leave for cool for 30 minutes.
After that, heat oven on 180 C.
Then roll dough and keep on pie dish.
Now make marks with fork and bake for 15 minutes.
For Making Filling: Mix butter, sugar and coco powder well in one bowl.
Now add flour, egg and vanilla essence and beat nicely.
Then put filling on baked crust and bake for 30 to 35 minutes on 180 degree C.
Now take out, cool on wire rack, put vanilla ice cream and keep it in freezer until ice cream sets.
Before serving, sprinkle chocolate sauce.
Ingredients for Orange Meringue Pie:
For Base:
Flour 1-1/2 cup
Salt 1/4 tsp
Butter 4 ounces
Sugar 4 tbsp
Egg yolk 1
Chilled water to knead
For Filling:
Sugar 1 cup
Flour 1 tbsp
Corn flour 2 tbsp
Pinch of salt 1 pinch
Orange color few drops
Orange juice 1/2 cup
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Water 1 cup
Butter 1 tbsp
Eggs 3 separated
Vanilla 1/2 tsp
Cream of tartar 1/4 tsp
Method:
For Base: Put flour, salt, sugar and butter in one bowl and mix with hand until it looks like bread crumbs.
Now add egg yolk and chilled water and knead well.
Then sprinkle some flour on table and make dough of mixture.
Now leave for cool for 30 minutes.
After that, heat oven on 180 C.

For Making Filling: Put sugar, flour, corn flour, salt, orange juice, lemon juice and 1 cup water and cook it.
When it boiled 1/4th, add butter and remove from stove.
Now put egg yolk, beat it and cook until filling becomes thick.
Then take out, put on pie shell and bake on 180 degrees C.
Now beat egg white and cream of tartar in one bowl until it becomes thick.
Then put remaining sugar and beat it. After that, put on hot filling and bake for 10 minutes.
In end, chill it and serve it.
