Ingredients for Bhuna Chicken:

• Chicken 16 pieces or 1 kg
• Tomato 375 gm
• Ginger 1 tsp
• Garlic 1 tsp
• Mix spices powder 1 tsp
• Coriander 2 tbsp
• Red chilli 1-1/2 tsp
• Salt to taste

• Milk 1/2 kg
• Coconut 1/2 cup
• Condensed milk 2 tbsp
• Sugar 6 tbsp
• Coconut essence few drops
• Cream 1 packet
• eggs 4
• Bread slice 3
