Ingredients for Fish Flavored Chicken:
- Chicken breast 2
- German green chilies 4-5
- Carrot 1/2 piece
- Vinegar 1 tbsp
- Garlic minced 1 tsp
- Ginger minced 1 tsp
- Szechuan paste 2 tbsp
- Sesame oil 1/2 tsp
- Chicken stock 1/2 cup
- Crushed red pepper 1/2 tsp
For Szechuan Paste:
- Kashmiri red chilies 8-10
- Bay leaves 2
- Star anise 2
- Cinnamon stick 2
- Oil 1 tbsp
Ingredients for Ta Ta Mia'n:
- Boiled noodles 1 packet
- Garlic 6 cloves
- Ginger 1 inch piece
- Crushed red pepper 1 tbsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Chicken mince 250 gm
- Vinegar 1 tbsp
- Soya sauce 2 tsp
- Spring onion leaves for garnish
- Salt to taste
- Chinese salt a pinch
Ingredients for China Town Special Soup:
- Chicken stock 1-1/2 liter
- Chicken mince 100 gm
- Prawns boiled 50 gm
- Baby corn 4
- Mushrooms 4
- Tofu 2
- Egg 1
- Lemon 1
- Chinese salt 1 tsp
- White pepper powder 1/2 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Corn flour 2 tbsp
Ingredients for Chinese Style Cucumber Salad:
- Cucumber 2
- Red chilli oil 1/4 cup
- Vinegar 2 tbsp
- Ginger minced 1/4 tsp
- Garlic minced 4 tbsp
- Sesame oil 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Chinese salt 1/2 tsp
- Coriander leave for garnish
