Ingredients for Fish Flavored Chicken:

  • Chicken breast 2
  • German green chilies 4-5
  • Carrot 1/2 piece
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Garlic minced 1 tsp
  • Ginger minced 1 tsp
  • Szechuan paste 2 tbsp
  • Sesame oil 1/2 tsp
  • Chicken stock 1/2 cup
  • Crushed red pepper 1/2 tsp

For Szechuan Paste:

  • Kashmiri red chilies 8-10
  • Bay leaves 2
  • Star anise 2
  • Cinnamon stick 2
  • Oil 1 tbsp

Ingredients for Ta Ta Mia'n:

  • Boiled noodles 1 packet
  • Garlic 6 cloves
  • Ginger 1 inch piece
  • Crushed red pepper 1 tbsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Chicken mince 250 gm
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 2 tsp
  • Spring onion leaves  for garnish  
  • Salt to taste
  • Chinese salt a pinch

Ingredients for China Town Special Soup:

  • Chicken stock 1-1/2 liter
  • Chicken mince 100 gm
  • Prawns boiled 50 gm
  • Baby corn 4
  • Mushrooms 4
  • Tofu 2
  • Egg 1
  • Lemon 1
  • Chinese salt 1 tsp
  • White pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Corn flour 2 tbsp

Ingredients for Chinese Style Cucumber Salad:

  • Cucumber 2
  • Red chilli oil 1/4 cup
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Ginger minced 1/4 tsp
  • Garlic minced 4 tbsp
  • Sesame oil 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Chinese salt 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander leave for garnish
