Ingredients Mustard Vegetable Chicken Masala:

  • 1/2 kg chicken boneless
  • 1 tbsp mustard paste
  • 250 grams yogurt
  • 2 tsp roasted cumin
  • 1 tsp all spice powder
  • 2 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp crushed black pepper
  • 1 tsp papaya paste
  • 100 grams butter
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 capsicum
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tomato
  • 6 green chilies
  • 4 boiled eggs
  • 1/2 bunch coriander leaves

Method:

  1. Make small boti of chicken boneless, put yogurt, mustard paste, roasted cumin, papaya paste, all spice powder, red chili powder, crushed black pepper and salt, mix nicely and leave for 1 hour.
  2. Now put oil and butter in karahi pan, add chicken and cover on low flame.
  3. When chicken tenders, roast on high flame.
  4. Add cut boiled eggs into 4 pieces. Also cut capsicum, onion and tomato into 4 pieces.
  5. After that, put green chilies, eggs, tomato, onion and capsicum, simmer for 10 minutes and turn off stove.
  6. In end, sprinkle green coriander.

Ingredients for Double Chocolate Loaf Cake:

  • 140 grams flour
  • 175 grams butter
  • 175 grams sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 50 chopped almonds
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 4 tbsp coco powder
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • White chocolate as required

Method:

  1. Beat butter and sugar and put egg.
  2. Now also put vanilla essence and milk.
  3. Then strain baking powder, flour and coco powder, put in egg mixture gradually and fold it.
  4. Now add chopped almonds, mix it, grease loaf pan and put mixture.
  5. Then bake in preheated oven on 180 degrees C for half an hour, take out and put chocolate on top.

Ingredients for Nargisi Aloo Kabab:

  • 1/2 kg boiled potatoes
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 3 chopped green chilies
  • 4 boiled eggs
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 tsp crushed black pepper
  • 1 tsp chaat masala
  • 1 tsp crushed whole coriander
  • 2 tsp roasted cumin
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • Bread crumbs  as required
  • Oil  as required
  • Salt   as per taste

Method:

  1. Mash boiled potatoes, put roasted cumin, crushed black pepper, chaat masala, lemon juice, crushed whole coriander, salt and chopped green chilies and mix well.
  2. Now cut boiled eggs into 2 long pieces.
  3. Then coat potato mixture in eggs and coat with flour first.
  4. After that, coat with beaten egg and bread crumbs and heat fry in hot oil.
