• Chicken boneless 750 gm
• Tomato puree 3/4 cup
• Ginger garlic paste 3 tbsp
• Walnut paste 1-1/2 tbsp
• Cream 1/2 cup
• Oil 2 tbsp
• Dry fenugreek 1-1/2 tsp
• Mix spice powder 1 tsp
• Red chilli powder 1 tbsp
• White cumin powder 1/2 tsp
• Oil as required
• Salt to taste
• Tikka masala 1-1/2 tbsp
• Yogurt 4 tbsp
• Coal for smoke

• Milk 1 cup

• Black pepper to taste

• Khatti powder 1-1/2 tsp
