Ingredients for Grilled Fish:

  • Fish fillet 1/2 kg
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Red chilli 1 tsp
  • Mustard powder 1 tsp
  • Ketchup 3 tbsp
  • Olive oil 1 tbsp

Ingredients for Three Beans Salad:

  • Red beans 1 cup
  • White beans 1 cup
  • Black chickpeas 1 cup
  • Green onion 2
  • Tomato 2
  • Green chilli 2
  • Coriander 2 tbsp

For Dressing:

  • Lemon juice 1/4 cup
  • Chaat masala 2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Degi mirch to taste
  • Salad leaves as required

Ingredients for Foily Chicken:

  • Chicken 8 pieces or 1 kg
  • Carrot 1
  • Potato 2
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Mix spice powder 1 tsp
  • Ginger 1 tsp
  • Garlic 1 tsp
  • Green chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Chaat masala 1 tsp
  • Oil 1 tsp
  • Vinegar 3 tbsp
  • Yogurt 4 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • All spice 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste

Ingredients for Besan Ki Roti:

  • Gram flour 250 gm
  • Degi green chillies 4
  • Carom seeds 1/4 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/4 tsp
  • Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  • Chopped coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Mint 2 tbsp
  • Onion 2 tbsp
  • Chopped coriander 1 tsp
  • Crushed cumin 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
