Ingredients for Khandwain:

  • Gram flour 1 cup
  • Mix spice powder 1/2 tsp
  • Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander 3-4 leaves
  • Green chilli 2-3
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil 1-1/2 cup

For Salan:

  • Onion 2
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Yogurt 3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander for garnish
  • Green chilli for garnish

Ingredients for Hyderabadi Fish Curry:

  • Fish 1 kg
  • Garlic 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

For Curry:

  • Poppy seeds 2 tbsp
  • Coconut 2 tbsp
  • Whole red chilli 3-4
  • White cumin 1 tbsp
  • Whole coriander 1 tsp

For Bhagar:

  • Curry leaves as required
  • Dry fenugreek 1 pinch
  • Mustard seeds 1 pinch
  • Oil 1-1/2 cup
  • Boiled rice for serving
