Ingredients for Firni Delight:
Boiled rice 1 cup
Fresh milk 1 liter
Sugar 1 cup
Fresh cream 1 packet
Boiled almonds 15
Boiled pistachio 15
Cardamom powder 1 tsp
Brown sugar 1/2 cup
Biscuit 1 packet
Method:
Crush marie biscuits nicely.
Now put milk, sugar, boiled rice and small cardamom in one pot and cook it.
When firni becomes thick, turn off stove.
When firni becomes little cool, put crushed biscuits, brown sugar, boiled & peeled almonds, boiled pistachio and fresh cream and mix well.
In end, take out in bowl and freeze it.
Serve delicious firni delight chill.
Ingredients for Kashmiri Lauki:
Bottle gourd 1 kg
Green chilies 3
Chopped tomatoes 4
Oil 1/2 cup
Butter 1 tbsp
All spice powder 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Crushed cumin 1 tsp
Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Method:
Heat oil in karahi pan and put chopped tomatoes.
Together add salt and chopped white cumin.
When water of tomatoes dries, roast it lightly, put bottle gourd, sugar and red chili flakes and roast well.
When oil starts to separate, put lemon juice, green chilies and butter and then simmer it.
In end, serve kashmiri lauki with rice or paratha.
Ingredients for Sirka Payaz Chicken:
Chicken 1
Lemon 2
Onion chopped 4
Whole red chili 6
Whole green chilies 6
Food color 1 inch
White vinegar 1/2 cup
Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Oil for fry
Salt to taste
Method:
Wash chicken pieces nicely, mix white vinegar, salt, food color and ginger garlic paste and dry in its own water..
Now heat oil in karahi pan add do chopped onions light red.
Now fry dry chicken in separate pan, do golden brown and put in onion.
Then put green chilies, whole red chilies, crushed black pepper and lemon juice and simmer for 5 minutes.
Serve delicious sirka pyaaz chicken with chapati.
