Ingredients for Khoya Cream Rice:
Boiled rice 1-1/2 cup
Khoya 250 gm
Fresh milk 250 gm
Cardamom powder 1 tsp
Raisins 10
Chopped almonds 10
Chopped pistachio 10
Sugar 1/2 cup
Oil / clarified butter 1 tbsp
Method:
Pour milk, sugar, chopped cardamom and cook it well.
Now pour ghee, add raisins, chopped almonds and pistachios then roast it.
Then put the chopped almonds and pistachios roast it lightly.
After that put the cooked milk, khoya, simmer it for 5 minutes.
Delicious khoya cream rice is ready.
Ingredients for Haray Masalay Aur Drumsticks Ka Salan:
Chicken wings drum sticks 1/2 kg
Coriander leaves chopped 2 bunches
Onion chopped 3
Lemon 3
Green chilies 8
Garlic with skin 6 cloves
Yogurt 1/2 cup
Oil 1/2 cup
Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1/2 tbsp
Oil as required
Salt to taste
Method:
First wash the chicken wings drum sticks, add yogurt, ginger garlic paste, salt and boil it well.
When the water dries then turn off the stove. Add chopped green coriander, green chilies, garlic cloves, make its paste.
Then pour oil in a pan, add chopped onions make them golden brown, take out the half onions.
Put the chutney in remaining onions for frying. Along lemon juice.
Now put the ready drum stick in individual pan deep fry it make them golden brown and put the ready chutney
Now put the lemon juice, chopped black pepper and simmer it for 5 minutes, In the end put the fried onions and then serve it hot.
Ingredients for Daal Ky Koftay:
Gram lentil 1
Chicken fillet 1
Egg white 1
Bread slice 3
Garlic cloves 6
Whole red chili 1 piece
Ginger little
Whole all spice few
Black cumin 1 tsp
White cumin 1 tsp
Whole coriander 1 tsp
Corn flour 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
For Green Masala:
Green chilies chopped 4
Mint chopped 1/2 bunch
Green coriander chopped
Ginger chopped
For Gravy:
Onion chopped 3
Yogurt 1 cup
All spice powder little
Turmeric 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Coriander powder 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Clarified butter 1 cup
Method:
First wash the gram lentil with water and then keep them in warm water, add garlic cloves, ginger, whole red chilies, whole coriander, whole garam masala, salt, black cumin, white cumin, chicken fillet then boil it, keep it in mind that the gram lentil must be tendered and remain spread.
Now put it in chopper along bread slices.
Then add egg white, chopped mint, chopped coriander, green chilies, chopped ginger, corn flour, mix it and make small koftas, shallow fry them in frying pan.
Now pour oil in a pan, heat it and add onions to to make it golden brown.
Then put the yogurt, ginger garlic paste, chopped red chili, garam masala, turmeric, chopped coriander, roast it then.
After that mix the fried koftas and roast it.
Then add salt with water.
When the oil starts to come up then put the green masala serve it hot.
