Ingredients for Pineapple Upside Down Cake:

For Sponge:
  • Pineapple rings  1 tin
  • Sugar  2 cups
  • Egg  2 cups
  • Cherries  1 cup
  • Butter  150 gm
  • Flour  2 1/2 cup
  • Baking powder  2 tbsp
  • Brown sugar  2 tbsp
  • Milk  as required

Ingredients for Fruity Pan Cake:

For Pan Cake:
  • Flour  1-1/2 cup
  • Egg  4
  • Sugar  2 tbsp
  • Cinnamon powder  a pinch
  • Baking powder  a pinch
  • Oil  3-4 tbsp
  • Salt  to taste

For Filling:

  • Sugar  2-3 cups
  • Seasoned fruits  1/2 kg
  • Strawberry or chocolate syrup  as required

Ingredients for Andarsay:

  • Rice flour 1/2 kg
  • Sugar 1/2 kg
  • Flour 3 cup
  • Baking powder 3 tsp
  • Egg 1  
  • Oil to fry
  • Sesame seed as required
