Ingredients for Chicken Mayo Roll:

For Parathay:

  • Maida 2 cup
  • Flour 1/2 cup
  • Ghee 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Lukewarm water for knead

For Filling:

  • Chicken boneless 1/2 kg
  • Ginger 1 tsp
  • Garlic 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • All spice 1/2 tsp
  • Roasted & crushed cumin 1 tsp
  • Yogurt 1/4 cup
  • Roasted & crushed coriander 1 tsp
  • Red chilli 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp

For Mayo Sauce:

  • Mayonnaise 1/4 cup
  • vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Cream 4 tbsp
  • Butter paper 2 sheets
  • Onion 2
  • Mint 1/2 cup

Ingredients for After Eight Minute Cake:

For Sponge Cake:

  • Eggs 3
  • Caster sugar 3 oz
  • Flour 2 oz
  • Coco powder 1 oz
  • Baking powder 1 tsp
  • Vanilla essence few drops

For Filling:

  • Eggs 4
  • Cream 2 packet
  • Gelatin 2 tbsp
  • Green color as required
  • Chocolate 4 oz
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Vanilla essence few drops
  • Caster sugar 6 oz
  • Coco powder 2 tbsp
  • Peppermint essence few drops

Ingredients for Cake Rusk:

  • Butter 125 gm
  • Caster sugar 125 gm
  • Flour 125 gm
  • Eggs 3
  • Baking powder 1 tsp
  • Vanilla essence few drops
  • Yellow color few drops
