Ingredients for Kashmiri Butter Chicken:

  • Chicken 16 pieces or 1 kg
  • Onion 3
  • Black pepper 10
  • Small cardamom 10
  • Cinnamon 1 inch 2 pieces
  • Whole ginger 1 inch
  • Red chilli 1 tbsp
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Kashmiri red chilli paste 1 tbsp

Ingredients for Kashmiri Spicy Potato:

  • Small potatoes 1 kg
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Kashmiri talhar red chilli 7
  • Ginger 1 tsp
  • Fennel powder 1 tsp
  • All spice 2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Roasted & crushed cumin 1 tsp
  • Coriander 2 tbsp

Ingredients for Kashmiri Chapati:

  • flour 250 gm
  • Fennel 1 tsp
  • Cumin 1/2 tsp
  • Carom 1/2 tsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Ghee 2 tbsp
  • Milk 1/2 cup

Ingredients for Kheer:

  • Milk 1 liter
  • Rice 125 gm
  • Powder milk 8 tbsp
  • Khoya 250 gm
  • Sugar 1/2 kg
  • Almond 25 gm
  • Pistachio 25 gm
  • Raisins 25 gm
  • Chopped coconut 25 gm
  • Dry dates 25 gm
  • Melon seeds 10 gm
