Ingredients for Kashmiri Biryani:

  • Dry fruits 400 gm
  • Fig as required
  • Mutton 1/2 kg
  • Rice 1/2 kg
  • Onion 2
  • ginger 1 tsp
  • Garlic 1 tsp
  • Cinnamon 1 stick
  • Bay leaf 1
  • Small cardamom 5
  • Fennel 1-1/2 tsp
  • Apple 1/2 kg
  • Ghee 3/4 cup
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Clove 7
  • Black pepper 8-9
  • Whole red chilli 8
  • Big cardamom 2
  • White cumin 1-1/2 tsp

Ingredients for Kashmiri Chai:

  • Water 2 cup
  • Kashmiri pati 2 tsp
  • Soda 2 pinch
  • Chill water 1 cup
  • Milk as required
  • Sugar to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Almond, Pistachio as required

Ingredients for Akhrot Ki Chutney:

  • Akhrot 250 gm
  • Yogurt 1 kg
  • Onion 1
  • Green chilli 2-3
  • Cumin 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
