Ingredients for Kashmiri Tabaq Maaz:

  • Mutton ribs 1 kg
  • Ghee 250 gm
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Kashmiri red chilli 4
  • Ginger paste 1 tsp
  • Fennel powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • All spice 1 tsp
  • Gram flour 2 tbsp
  • Salt 2 tsp
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Clove 2

Ingredients for Kashmiri Doodhi Halwa:

  • Bottle gourd 2 kg
  • Khoya 250 gm
  • Sugar 1/2 kg
  • Kewra 1 tbsp
  • Small cardamom seed 1 tsp
  • Almond 1/2 cup
  • Pistachio 1/2 cup
  • Silver paper 2
  • Green color 1 pinch

Ingredients for Kashmiri Roghan Josh:

  • Mutton 1 kg
  • Ginger 1 tsp
  • Fennel 1 tbsp
  • Black cumin 1 tsp
  • Garlic 1 tsp
  • Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Cinnamon 2
  • Cardamom 6
  • Clove 6
  • Bay leaf 1
  • Salt to taste
  • Saffron 1 tsp
  • Yogurt 250 gm
  • Ghee 1 cup
  • Cream 2 tbsp
