Ingredients for Keema Pulao:

  • Mutton mince 600 gm
  • Basmati rice 600 gm
  • Ghee 3/4 cup
  • Yogurt 250 gm
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Whole mix spice 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • White pepper 1 tsp
  • Raisins 1/2 cup
  • Ginger 2 tbsp
  • Milk 1/2 cup
  • Saffron 1 tsp

Ingredients for Akhrot Ki Chutney:

  • Apple 2
  • Walnut 1/2 cup
  • Fig 6-8
  • Raisins 1/2 cup
  • Onion 1 small
  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Sugar 2 tbsp
  • Small cardamom 4-5
  • Dates 6-8
  • Lemon juice to taste
