Ingredients for Paneer Gulnar:

  • Paneer 250 gm
  • Gram flour 1-1/2 cup
  • Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  • Chilli 1/4 tsp
  • Carom 1/4 tsp
  • Baking powder 1/2 tsp
  • Fenugreek seeds 1 tsp
  • Kerri 1
  • Pomegranate seeds powder 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tsp
  • Tomato 1
  • Coriander 1/2 cup
  • Mint 1 cup
  • Green chilli 4
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil as required

Ingredients for Kashmiri Palak Gosht:

  • Ghee 1/2 cup
  • Onion 1
  • Mutton 1 kg
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chilli powder 1-1/2 tbsp
  • Spinach 1-1/2 kg
  • All spice powder 1/2 tsp
  • Fenugreek seeds 1 tbsp
  • Whole coriander 1 tbsp
  • Green chilli 7-8
